We are looking for a Recruitment Intern with potential to join us full-time to assist us with talent sourcing primarily through LinkedIn, and drive engagement with potential candidates within the on-shore and off-shore IT consulting companies in Australia.


Job Overview:

As an Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with our target candidate pool using LinkedIn. This will require engaging candidates for immediate and upcoming roles, and also build long-term trusted relationships within the target groups, with a specialisation in IT roles such as Business Analysts, Full Stack Developers, Java / Springboot Developers, AWS / Azure Cloud Engineers, and so on.


Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with our target candidate pool using LinkedIn Messages

• Identify candidate skills and experience, and respond with appropriate JD

• Brief candidates about the role and the client, and address questions

• Respond to InMail and engage candidates through organic LinkedIn direct messages

• Funnel leads to the recruitment team, and support booking interviews with hiring managers / HR team


Key Requirements:

• Strong experience using LinkedIn or similar role

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and its features, such as using LinkedIN search, Inmail, Direct Messaging

• Experience using automated tools such as Phantom Buster

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn direct messages and respond to InMail

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work remotely and independently

• Analytical and Critical Thinking skills

• Speak with Clarity and Confidence


Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are 9am - 5pm IST Monday to Friday. This is a remote job and you can work from anywhere in India.

Stipend 


The monthly budget stipend is between Rs. 7,000 to 10,000 paid at the end of each month.

Question 1: 


Use LinkedIN search to answer how many consultants are currently working at TCS (Tata Consulting Services) in the Greater Sydney Area in Australia? 


Please provide a breakdown of the numbers based on the closest match roles

  • Business Analyst
  • Data Engineer, 
  • Cloud Engineer, 
  • Software Engineer
  • Java Developers 
  • Full Stack Developers.

Tips: 

  • Use LinkedIn Search. 
  • Send a connection request to Jess Kaur, as it will increase your count for search results. 


Question 2: 


LinkedIN has a maximum limit of 100 LinkedIn connection requests per week. As a recruiter, this is a problem, because we need to connect to more than 100 a week, and engage them through Direct Messages (DM). There are also a limited number of InMails, even on Paid subscriptions. For example, let’s say you want to reach out to all the Full-Stack Developers and AWS or Azure Cloud Engineers currently working at TCS, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra in Sydney. There are more than 10,000 consultants to connect. 


Write down 5 things you would do to connect to more than 1,000 consultants a week, without getting restricted or banned by LinkedIn?  Give practical examples where possible. 


Question 3: 


Jess Kaur posts almost daily on her LinkedIn, including polls. Review past 30 posts made by Jess Kaur, targeting highly qualified senior IT professionals working in Sydney. 


The goal of these posts is to get candidates to 

1.  Send Connection Request 

2. Send DM (for existing connections) to inquire for new roles 


Jess’s posts are already highly optimised and designed to be authentic, direct, straightforward, and gets the highest level of impressions, and private DMs as a result of her posts. Avoid posting with images, or irrelevant content, and photos. 


If you had to assist her to manage her posts, what are 3 steps you would take to help Jess create new posts, and engage with all those engaging her posts through Likes, Comments, DMs and InMails? 


In your response, provide specific example(s) using an actual previous post of Jess Kaur.
